Outstanding in every area when it came to car repair. I found them by accident when my car suddenly died in Wichita. They were really busy and gave me an estimated time to be able to diagnose and fix of a few days. They had it fixed in 1 days and were very reasonable. I had other car repair companies in Wichita try to tell me they needed to look at a whole bunch of issues and it gave me the feeling that they were going to find things they could replace that didn’t need replacing. Not Expert Auto. Will be taking all my vehicles to them from now on. Great work and extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I took my older car there with complaints of 2 different issues. They kept the car and into the next morning. The point I'm making is of the time that they put into diagnosing my problems. 1 was a transmission issue and they told me that they didn't handle that, its OK. The 2nd issue would have probably cost a lot and then maybe not even worked correctly. I'm ok with their honesty. When I picked up my car I asked for the bill and they just said that there was nothing to charge for. I know labor isn't free to them but I was floored. I will always return and also tell EVERYONE where to take their cars. They do business the old fashioned way with honesty and integrity!!! Thanks!!!

I took my 21 year old truck to the 13th Street location to have my upper ball joints replaced. They looked at it and discovered my lower ball joints were bad too. They told me what would need to be done and the price before any work was started. I only had to wait 1 day before they got my truck in the shop and the work was completed the same day it was started. I am very happy with the work that was done and now have peace of mind that my old truck is safe to drive. Brayden and everyone else I talked to were very friendly and professional. I will return and recommend to others in the future.

Excellent auto repair! I live about an hour away and I'd drive further if I needed my car worked on. The crew is friendly and knowledgeable, making every effort to provide the best customer service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Expert Auto!

Have brought a couple cars here! They are friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable on the costs! They are honest and offer solutions! We will definitely be back with any car issues we have!

I use this shop for everything I possibly can. Having spent some considerable time in their waiting room, I can say they are exceptionally courteous and kind. They take good care of customers, really going out of their way for folks who need help. And of course, they do great work and I always feel like they’re honest with me.

Came here cause our car wouldn't pick up speed anymore. Damon fixed our car up efficiently and quickly and was very informative. Definitely a person I trust with my vehicle and my vehicle is my job and livelihood, so I think that says a lot.

I had a great experience at Expert Auto on 13th St for an oil change and inspection. Damon took care of me and his customer service was top-tier. He was super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is both professional and genuinely friendly.
